We completed our first podcast on 10/25/07. The name of the show is Family Chatter because we discuss all topics regarding families.

The topic of our first show was the Health of the American Dream and Cordelia Carter, a veteran realtor with Coldwell Banker was our guest. The discussion was centered around the subprime mortgage rate crisis and its affect on families.
